Introducing Studio

Studio is a new part of COORDINATOR where the things you wish you could make can actually get made. Studio projects are conceptualized, built, and shared all within the app. You can build visualizations of your training block, your client roster, the chart you wanted for the team meeting, and more.

Here's how it works:

Start by describing what you want

When you open Studio, there's one box and one question: what do you want to make?

Pick a type, write a sentence or two about what you're after, and COORDINATOR goes and drafts the whole thing. Something like "a twelve-week block for a masters HYROX athlete who can train twice a week," or "a sheet for my roster with load tracking and renewal dates," or "a readiness dashboard that rolls HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep into one number I can check in the morning." A minute later it's open in front of you, ready to edit.

If you want it to work from your own stuff, attach it first or ask it to read your recent activities. Upload a file, grab something from your Library, pull in a sheet you already made, or reach into a group's shared library.

The Studio home keeps your recent work up top so you can pick up where you left off, and everything you've ever made sits under View all.

Or borrow a starting point

We also built a big pile of templates. There are training load monitors, PR trackers with estimated one-rep-max curves, race-pace calculators, client check-in boards, recruiting boards, bracket generators, heat sheets, draft boards for your fantasy league, equipment inventories, and more. Every category has sheets, documents, charts, and decks in it.

Pick a template, hit Generate, add some additional details, and it's yours. Once it's in your Studio it's just a thing you own. Edit it by hand, or ask for changes with the COORDINATOR icon floating around.

It suggests, you decide

Anything COORDINATOR makes in a chat shows up as a draft. It stays a draft until you save it to Studio or export it. Inside anything you've made, highlight a section, say what you want different, and you get a proposal to accept or revert. Version history is available in case you need to revert back to a previous state.

Pin the things you use constantly; lock the things that shouldn't be allowed to change. Hook a session up to an artifact and COORDINATOR works from the current version, not whatever it said three weeks ago.

Sharing it, and taking it with you

Share something from Studio into a group's library and everyone can open it, if it's not set to private. Anything sitting in your personal Library can be opened in Studio and turned into something you can keep building on.

And when you want it out, it's out. Export to Google, or download as Markdown, Word, CSV, HTML, PowerPoint, .png, .mp4, and more!
