Performance Is Social, Current AI Is Not

Performance is social. Run Club has a group chat; CrossFit has a whiteboard; and the team has a film review session. The sharpest work happens when everyone is looking at the same thing.
Groups give everything one home, with each member's COORDINATOR right there beside them.
What a Group Is
A Group is three things: shared spaces where people work together, a shared library everyone draws from, and every member's own COORDINATOR in the room.
Groups are built to be deliberately simple, because the work that people do in them is not. A two-hundred-member gym, a twelve-person relay team, a footwear brand's wear-test panel, and a creator handing their audience the same system they use themselves all run on the same building blocks.
Spaces
Every Group is made of Spaces. A Space can hold the whole Group or a handful of people, so a gym can run one room for all their members and another just for the competition team. A trainer runs a private room per client, with programming, check-ins, and history staying in that client's room. A brand might run one room per product line.
You can work privately with your own COORDINATOR, and then share the findings and drafts you want the room to see. Nothing leaves your private chats unless you send it.
The Library
Upload documents, video, or images once and every member of the Group has access to them. So does every COORDINATOR in the Group!
This is the part that changes how COORDINATOR answers. Upload something important to the Library, and when a member asks their COORDINATOR about it, the answer comes from what you actually wrote instead of the internet's average opinion. The coach writes it once, and the whole room gets it right.
Deploy Your COORDINATOR
You can send your COORDINATOR into a Space as a named participant with its own picture. The Group talks to it directly instead of you needing to relay information from it in a private session. You can customize its behaviors in the Space, such as how often it will automatically interject, or how its tone should be.
For a creator or a coach with a following, that means thousands of people can ask your COORDINATOR a question and get an answer built from your methodology, without waiting on a reply to a DM. You set what it knows. They bring their own training data. None of it becomes public because they joined.
Turn on one more setting and the COORDINATORs (plural!) in a room will work a problem through with each other while everyone watches.
Your Data Stays Yours
Your wearable and activity data starts private in every Group. You can turn sharing on, one Group at a time, and pick who sees it: the Group's admins, specific people you choose, or everyone in the Group. Change it or shut it off whenever you want.
The same three choices cover everything you add to a Group. Private means only you. Specific people means exactly who you pick. Everyone means the whole room. Joining a Group never makes anything of yours public.
What We're Already Seeing
Gyms and studios; run clubs, HYROX crews, and the four people chasing the same marathon; trainers running a full roster from one Group; creators giving an audience access to their own custom intelligence.
These are the kinds of shapes we've seen, but we know there is much more to be discovered. If you can describe who should be in the room and what they should be looking at, you can build it.
Anyone on a paid plan can start a Group, and any authenticated account can join a Group. Start yours.
