Groups
A shared space for whoever you show up with: a gym, a run club, a relay team, a company's training program, a client roster, or an audience of ten thousand. Everyone brings their own COORDINATOR, and you decide what gets shared.
Train together, think together
Performance is social. The long run has a group chat, the gym has a whiteboard, the team has a film session, the product testers have a feedback thread, and the sharpest work happens when everyone is looking at the same thing. A group gives that one home, with each person's COORDINATOR right there alongside them.
A group is a shared space plus a shared library plus everyone's intelligence in the room. That shape fits a two-hundred-member gym, a twelve-person relay team, a footwear brand's wear-test panel, and a creator handing their audience the same system they use themselves. Same building blocks, wildly different rooms.
It works for two people chasing the same race just as well as it works for a company rolling it out across departments. The group is whoever you're in it with.
Make it work for you
The difference between one group and the next is who talks to whom. Here's how a group can work for yours.
Gyms & studios
Give every member the same programming, class notes, and movement standards, and let them talk to each other about it. Coaches post the week once and every member's COORDINATOR answers from what you actually wrote instead of the internet's average opinion. Run one room for the whole membership and separate rooms for the competition team, the on-ramp class, or the 5am crew.
Clubs & communities
Run clubs, HYROX crews, relay teams, cycling groups, fantasy leagues, and the four people chasing the same marathon. Nobody's in charge and everybody contributes: routes, race plans, leg assignments, the trash talk. Members bring their own COORDINATOR for their own training and share into the room when it's useful to everyone.
Coaches & trainers
Run an entire client roster from one group with a private space per client. Programming, check-ins, and history stay in each client's room, while your shared library covers everyone at once. Clients see their own space and nothing else, and their workout data reaches you only when they turn sharing on.
Creators & communities at scale
Hand your audience access to the intelligence you actually use. Deploy your COORDINATOR into the group as a named participant, load your library with your methodology, and let thousands of followers ask it directly instead of waiting on a DM reply. You set what it knows, they bring their own training data, and none of it becomes public because they joined.
Workplaces & product testing
Internal training programs, product wear-test groups, athlete-testing panels, and corporate wellness. A footwear brand can put a hundred testers in one group, drop protocols and feedback forms in the shared library, and run private rooms per product line. Testers keep their own COORDINATOR and their own data, and share exactly the results the program needs.
Whatever you're building
These are the shapes we've seen, not the shapes allowed. A group is a room, a library, and everyone's COORDINATOR in it, so if you can describe who should be in the room and what they should be looking at, you can build it. Collaborate with the COORDINATOR you built, however you want to collaborate.
How a group works
Every group is made of spaces: shared rooms where people work together. A space can hold the whole group or a handful of people, so a gym runs one room for the membership and another for the competition team, and a brand runs one room per product line. You tag your COORDINATOR privately, then share the findings and drafts you want the room to see.
Everything the group needs lives in a shared library. Upload documents, videos, and images once and every member has them, along with every COORDINATOR in the group. Post the week's programming or a movement standard and the answers people get start matching what you actually wrote.
You can also send your COORDINATOR into a room as a named participant with its own picture, so the group can talk to it directly instead of relaying what it told you. Turn on the setting and the COORDINATORs in a room will work a problem through with each other while everyone watches.
Your data is yours, in every group
Your wearable and activity data starts private. You turn sharing on one group at a time and pick who sees it: the group's admins, the specific people you choose, or everyone in the group. Change it or shut it off whenever you want.
The same three choices cover everything you add to a group. Private means only you. Specific people means exactly the members you pick. Everyone in the group means the whole room. Nothing you bring into a group becomes public because you joined it.
